How do I join the scheme?
You can join the Podium Cycle 2 Work Scheme online.
What does Registration commit me to?
Nothing. Once registered you can decide if you want to use our online system for you and your employees. If you prefer to manage your own system internally instead, that’s fine.

How does it work?
The Cycle to Work scheme is a form of salary sacrifice which means that by reducing your Gross salary in exchange for a non-cash benefit, in this case hiring a new bike and cycling accessories, you can take advantage of savings up to 48% on retail prices and spread the cost over 12 months.
The savings are achieved by reducing the amount of income tax and national insurance you pay.
